About me
My name is Abdelkarim El-Fassi, founder of Lokal. For the past fifteen years, I have been active as a filmmaker and creative director. But Morocco has always been a backdrop in my films. That is why I chose to emigrate and pursue a new dream: to establish a travel agency and thereby create a connection between the country where my parents were born and the world.
Of Lokal I show you what Morocco truly has to offer: it is not an ordinary holiday destination, but a country full of stories, human encounters, and rich culture. I bring my background in storytelling and concept development to the design of every trip. A journey in which we weave together surprising routes, inspiring encounters, and creative perspectives into a unique experience. Guided by 'locals,' I take you to a Morocco that you feel, taste, and experience.

The diverse landscapes, the rich colors, the architecture, and the centuries-old stories inspire me to look at things differently, to recreate, and to take action. Morocco shakes me awake and unlocks my creativity.

THE Creative journey
Morocco has been inspiring me for years in everything I do. Here I will rediscover, create, do business, and above all: learn to look at things differently.
The Creative Journey originated from that quest. A personal journey that I do not want to take alone, but want to share with people who also feel that there is more within them. People with ideas, dreams, questions, or simply the feeling that it is time for something new. What emerges from this goes beyond film. It is about creativity, storytelling, entrepreneurship, identity, and the courage to choose again.
